Privacy

You do not need an account to use Tender in Nepal, and the notices here are public. This page says what we learn about visitors and how to say no.

What we collect by default

Nothing that identifies you. Our website host, Cloudflare, handles each request and keeps standard server logs for security and reliability. We do not ask for your name or email to read notices, and the notice pages set no cookies of their own.

Your browser may save recently opened pages and notice images on your device so they can be read offline. They stay on your device.

Measurement, only if you accept

When you first visit, we ask whether we may use measurement services. Until you accept, none of them load and no cookies are set. If you decline, nothing changes in how the site works.

  • Google Analytics counts visits and shows which pages and searches are useful. It uses cookies and sends page and device information to Google. We have turned off Google's advertising features in it.
  • Microsoft Clarity records how pages are used (clicks, scrolling and short anonymised session replays) so we can fix confusing screens. It uses cookies. Clarity hides text typed into forms.

These companies receive this information under their own privacy policies. We do not sell your information.

Changing your mind

Use Cookie settings at the bottom of any page to accept or decline. Declining also removes the cookies these services set on this site. Your choice is saved in your browser, so clearing site data asks you again.

Notices and the people in them

Notices are shown as printed in newspapers. If a notice should not be shown, or a detail is wrong, see Corrections.
