What Tender in Nepal is

A free, independent information service. It shows government procurement notices that were published in Nepal's newspapers, each with the notice as it was printed. You do not need an account. Tender in Nepal is not a government website and is not connected to any procuring office. It does not show every tender: notices published only on other channels, such as the e-procurement system, may not appear here.

Check before you bid

The printed notice and the procuring office are the authority, not this site. The details shown beside a notice are read from it automatically and can be wrong or incomplete, and a notice can later be amended, extended or cancelled. Always confirm deadlines, amounts and requirements with the procuring office before you act.

Our guides and videos explain procurement rules in general terms. They are not legal advice.

No guarantee

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it as it is, without any guarantee. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for any loss from using or relying on it, including a missed deadline or a rejected bid.

Using the site

You may read, print and share notices and links for your own work. Please do not try to disrupt the site or get around its security. Notices belong to their publishers and procuring offices; the site's design, guides and videos are ours, and you are welcome to share links to them.

Our social media accounts

We post our own videos to our own Facebook Page and TikTok account. We do not post on anyone else's behalf, and we do not collect information about people who watch or follow these accounts beyond the statistics the platforms show us.

Privacy

See Privacy for what we learn about visitors and how to say no.

Changes

We may change the site and these terms. The date above shows when the terms last changed. These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal.
